Job description
Timo is looking for a Technical Support Engineer with responsibility for
-Receiving and processing all incoming inbound customer requests for technical support via Helpdesk tickets, email and Skype.
-Inbound Support via Skype and Helpdesk tickets
-Collaborate closely with the team and other team members to raise up suggestions or any concerns
-Actively suggest a plan of actions to improve overall quality.
Your skills and experience
-Knowledge and/or working experience with Relational Database Management Systems (MySQL, SQL … )
-Knowledge and/or working experience with Linux ( Fedora, RHEL, Ubuntu )
-Jasper report/Crystal report skill a plus
-Unix/Python Shell Scripting skills a plus
-Good problem-solving and analytical skills
-Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
-Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
-Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
