Job description

We are looking for a person who can:

  1. Deal with incoming incidents via email, over the phone and online meetings (G2M, TeamViewer)
  2. Deal with 2nd line support and development team
  3. Configure product in customer's environment, describing product requirements and features
  4. Troubleshoot Network Connectivity Issues, Operating System and Application issues
  5. Investigate product issues and providing custom builds with fixes
  6. Help Sales team with technical questions during meetings

Your skills and experience

Working shifts: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Asian shift) or 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (European shift), and 1 in 2 weekend days; Grabcar is provided for European shift

You properly are the potential candidate for this position, if you have:

  1. At least two (02) years of experience in relevant position
  2. Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows administration
  3. Upper-intermediate English
  4. Customer-oriented attitude
  5. University degree in the field of computer science or information systems

You would be a strong candidate, if you have one of these following:

  1. Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, EC2, Office 365, S3)
  2. Experience with network traffic analysis (tcpdump, Wireshark)
  3. Knowledge of VMware backup and replication products
