Job description

  • Coordinate/Liaise with cross functional team to develop new monitoring metric.
  • Maintain and perform configurations changes base on requirements from business team.
  • Analyze logging information to forecast and improve Incident Management process.
  • Provide detail report on team's performance based on collected data (mainly from Jira's Service Desk)
  • Collect resolution data to provide insight on current baseline of ticket team.
  • Generates new ideas and approaches, researches best practices and proposes new, more effective ways of monitoring
  • Provide training and documenting when requested

Your skills and experience

Need to have 

Education:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT or relevant fields (preferred)

Experience:

  • At least 01 years experiencing in related fields
  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Operating Systems
  • Strong experience of delivering service quality within an ITIL framework
  • Demonstrated experience in data processing, monitoring tool (ElasticSearch, Icinga, Grafana, Splunk,...) and reporting or related fields

Skills:

  • Good at English Speaking and Writing (be able to communicated well via email with colleagues in Czech)
  • Technically curious and having analytical skills

  • Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
