  • Daily follow up IT Helpdesk operation and administering and maintaining system, backup, servers and PCs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve systems and PCs related problems.
  • IT user’s support operation and other back-office applications.
  • Helping user install the necessary application for works
  • IT general administration, administer and enhance the network infrastructure and systems, whenever possible.
  • Manage and monitor database backup/recovery, capacity planning and system performance.
  • IT inventory administration: manage license, software, hardware, up-to-date inventory record for all IT equipment, etc.…
  • IT Procurement follow up buy new IT devices by company process, get support from Vendor, …
  • Follow up and support End users base on IT Policy and ensure all users compliance of IT and network security policies
  • IT Service management, undertake IT projects as assigned or approved by the company
  • Carry out other IT related jobs as and when required such as you evolve in the company, you will train other people on IT topics.
  • Assist in other task assigned by company.

Your skills and experience

  1. Your Skills and Experience:
  • Have experience in deploying System (VMware, AD, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, File Server, Mail system, Backup system, Camera, PBX ...)
  • Responsible for day-to-day PC support, systems administration and network maintenance.
  • Assist in implementation, support & user administration of the LSP systems and back office applications.
  • Enforce IT and network security policies.
  • Good experienced in Helpdesk support and IT operations.
  • Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented
  1. Technical skills required:
  • Experience of systems, network, VLAN, routers, switch, workstations.
  • Microsoft MCSE, CCNA, VMware, Linux certification are preferred
  • College in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
  1. Personnel skills required:
  • Able to work independently and work directly with foreigner
  • Proactive and open minded. Service mindset
  • Hands on and can do attitude
