Job description

  • Answer incoming calls/emails and provide 1st support to customers with basic background clarification and diagnostics
  • Forward information to Engineer to arrange support Customers
  • Manage and update list of Maintenance Contracts, make clear scopes of works and SLA (Service Level Agreement) to all Engineers
  • Control daily operation of Engineers, making plan and assigning Engineers to support Customers on-site, preparing spare-parts for engineers when necessary under supervision of Team Leader/Manager
  • Asset management: make sure the asset information of IT system is accurate. Report about asset to manage/customer.
  • Communicate by Vietnamese and Japanese with customer (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Create report for support tasks. (By Japanese/English)
  • Translate documents from Japanese to Vietnamese.
  • Meeting/Report with Japanese PIC at Customer’s site.
  • Make the monthly reports to Customers (summarizing Engineers’ activities & service reports in a month for contracted Customers)
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required from manager.
  • Support other Departments, especially Sales Department for activities like Training, Workshop, etc. that require Japanese

Your skills and experience

* Background and experience:
  • College or University graduated of Japanese Language
  • Good communication in Vietnamese Japanese, Japanese Proficiency level 2 or equivalent; English level: basic
  • Has IT background is an advantage.
  • Has experience in IT customer service is an advantage.

* Soft skills:

  • Good skill of MS Office 2010-2016 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Have the ability to use formula, functions, charts … in excel to generate report, summarization … as requested from manager/customer.
  • Carefulness, hardworking, quick understand, be able of self-study and self enhancement.
  • Willing to study and self-study the IT-related matters
  • Willing to travel
