Job description

Reports to: Country IT Manager (South East Asia)

Other stakeholders:
• Internal: Global IT project/operations teams, country sales teams
• External: IT vendors in the country

Accountability:
• Govern the availability of all IT services within the country
• Secure that global standards, policies and procedures are followed locally
• Drive and support IT Projects assigned in the region (within SEA)

Main Responsibilities:
• Act as an ambassador for H&M IT department for the retail office in the country
• Daily support and operations to Office and Warehouse local team
• Make central IT initiatives understandable, and promote these initiatives to the local team
• Focal point for all IT related questions towards the local team
• Evaluate and follow up local IT budgets
• Secure implementation of IT Guidelines
• Perform monthly IT reporting for the country
• Work closely with Country IT Manager (SEA) and main stakeholders in the region
• Govern IT purchases made in the country
• Apply the reporting and information structure for the country
• Follow up IT goals
• Manage global and local vendors in the country
• Perform store openings in the region
• Implement and support IT projects for office, warehouse and stores

Your skills and experience

• Substantial knowledge of IT support and operations
• Good skills and knowledge in networking, printer, MS operating systems, Office 365, AD
• Experience in handling user support in client, local network environment and Citrix environment
• Experience of financial budgeting and follow up
• Service minded and a good communicator
• Comfortable with working in a global and multi-cultural environment
• Ability to promote change
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Exposure to POS systems in a retail industry will be advantageous.
