Job Description

50% HelpDesk related tasks:

  • Set up workplace with new desktops/laptops (Windows/Linux) and necessary devices for new employees
  • Support employees with computer problems: Windows, MS Office, etc
  • Support and develop LAN and Wi-Fi in the office
  • Work with user accounts
  • Manage Hardware Inventory List
  • Provide technical assistance and support for Developers, QA and Support teams. For example: deploy new Virtual Machines, install some services inside, etc.

50% Engineering tasks:

  • Setup, install/reinstall servers, NAS boxes and other server equipment
  • Deploy nested ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V servers
  • Deploy VMs with specific software for Developers and QA: Windows Server + AD domain, MS Exchange, MS SQL. Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) VM with NFS share or other services inside
  • Deploy Windows clusters with a shared iSCSI LUNs and other different structures

Your Skills and Experience


  • At least 3 year of experience in relevant position
  • Windows Server 2012/16/19 and Networking (LAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi...) – middle level
  • Hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, NAS boxes, servers.
  • Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V – middle level
  • Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) – basic level
  • Storages: iSCSI, NFS, CIFS – basic level
  • Conversational English


  • AWS EC2 experience
  • Middle Linux level
  • Nutanix experience
  • PowerShell / Bash scripting
  • Networking: VLANs and routing
