IT Business Analyst - Up to $2500

Responsibilities and Duties

• Understand, clarify and document the requirements from Clients.
• Transform raw requirements specified above into software requirement documents.
• Cooperate closely with technical specialists in design and implementation of solutions.
• Acting as a bridge between the business and IT.
• Working on projects managed in both traditional and agile driven methodologies.
• Writing and maintaining requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.
• Working with design team on product design or designing application wireframe when required.

• At least 2 years’ experience working as a BA.
• Global mindset and ability to think across cultures, functions and scenarios.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to drive multi projects.
• Possess great interest and ability to learn new technologies.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of Data Architecture of system and basic SQL.
• Understanding of applications interfaces between life system and other corporate systems.
• Good skills in writing documents.
• Analytical and structured work method.
• Attention to details.
• Good teamwork working.
• Certification in the area of process or requirements engineering or business analysis; and experience in the application of tools for business process modeling would be a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
