Job description

Analysis Business Needs and Solution Definition.

  • Elicits real requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, meetings, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.
  • Evaluate business requirements gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Prepares requirements, specifications documentations, business processes and recommendations, proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal users to analyze information needs and functional requirements
  • Works independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
  • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans

Quality Assurance and Testing

  • Understands technical design specifications.
  • Work with users for defining the test cases, test conditions and test plan
  • Co-ordinate with users to conduct testing according to plan.

Project Support & Change Management

  • Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
  • Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently.
  • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong analytical, decision making and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Over 3 years of relevant and progressively more responsible work experience required in software development/implementation, systems/business/process analysis.
  • Successfully engage in multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously, ability to hands-on manage multiple priorities for system functions and projects, prioritize and parallel process many competing priorities.
  • Bachelor Degree holder is preferred.
