Job description
- Receive alerts from monitoring systems via SMS/email
- Identify the issue and fix it or contact other parties for solving
- Have knowledge of business processes and how the systems are working
- Communicate with customers on technical and non-technical matters and perform continuous process improvement to all support and maintenance activities.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor degree in IT major is preferred
- At least 1 year experience in IT software design/development
- Able to do trouble shooting, root cause analysis to support other IT teams to resolve the incident in applications
- Understand the enterprise IT architecture practices, application integration blueprints
- Fluently in English (speaking and writing)
- Advanced skill of Microsoft Office
