As an ERP Consultant, you are going to contribute to the success of the organization and ERP Team via Pre-sales, Implementation, and Post-sales Support.  

  • Pre-sales Consulting: Co-operate with other departments on analyzing customer requirements, develop solutions, and conduct demonstrations.
  • Software Implementation: Business Analysis and mapping, system installation and configuration, data migration, end user training, user acceptance testing, and project management.
  • Post-sales Support: Offer prompt troubleshooting to customers (either on-site or remotely)
  • Making reports, and other tasks assigned by the line manager

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in IT, Business Information System, Management Information System or related majors.
  • Experiences in working at the same positions or on the ERP products are advantageous
  • General understanding of business and ERP products
  • Programming languages: C#, VB.Net, VBA
  • MS SQL Server certificate is an advantage
  • Native Vietnamese and fluent English (speaking and writing)
  • Presentation skills, and comfortably present to audiences of multiple senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication skill
  • Exceptionally strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and be an active, smart listener, analytical thinking
  • Risk-taking and independent, able to tolerate stressful workloads and circumstances
  • Willing to travel
