  • Manage project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure to ensure project goal and objective
  • Project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management
  • Ensure software development standards and practices are compliance with company processes.
  • Identify and resolve risks, issues and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
  • Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring.
  • Take part in talent selection process for the company as a technical interviewer, and take initiative in improving on reporting, processes, and workflow and customer outcomes.
  • Actively participates as a leader in company to contribute to building up Bosch company culture

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 10-year-experience in Automotive Embedded Software development and verification
  • Good knowledge and work experience in Project Management in Embedded areas
  • Good Knowledge & Work Experience in Embedded C/C++
  • Good Knowledge & Work Experience in Micro-controllers and Micro processors
  • Good communication skills (oral & written) in English
