e-Commerce Data Analyst (SQL, Database)

• Work with the Business & Data Analysts, Marketing and IT team to ensure the validity of the reports’s structure.
• Collect data from various sources (Users’ behaviors, Checkout flow, sale volume, Marketing reports, etc.)
• Design, validate/test and publish required reports.
• Review Business reports and Dashboards to ensure the consistency of the data across all reports and across various time ranges.
• Have a deep view of insights data. Indicate the problems, then give good solutions/suggestions to resolve them (problem - solving approach).
• Research the competitors, then extract all their advantages. Discuss with the team and give recommendations to improve the system.

• 3+ years’ experience as a Data and Reporting Analyst using one or more data sources (relational database, excel files, etc.) with strong functional expertise developing front-end reporting solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• eCommerce experience and/or experience working with a Digital Marketing team
• Active and creative. Have more suggestions/recommendations to improve the system.
• Team Working skills and a collaborative approach to sharing ideas and finding solutions.
• Excellent English skills (reading, writing, speaking & listening)
• Excellent presentation and data visualization skills.
• Familiar with one or more data presentation and visualization tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Amazon Quicksight,  Amplitude, SQL.
• Experience working with large amounts of complex relational data from different databases and data sources.
• Excellent project and time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Solid understanding of e-Commerce concepts (Online shopping, Users’ behaviors/demand, Orders processing, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, multi data sources (CSV, excel, etc.) as a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business and Finance or related subjects.
