The Job

We embrace Agile development methodology and have aggressive target to constantly deliver the most innovative digital banking products using the modern banking technology. We are looking for an agile Delivery Manager with passion to deliver challenging digital solutions.

You will be working closely with other Product Owners, Developers and Stakeholders to improve the product and will take ownership of your designs. You will be working accross both web and native apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • A proven track record of driving the end to end delivery of projects on time and on budget in a role of either Project manager or Scrum master
  • Being an all-rounder who has enough technical background to understand technical issues/challenges, and management skill set to manage your team to provide sound solutions
  • Great communication skills as this is a fast paced Project Manager/Scrum master role where you will liaise with people from all areas and levels of the business/technology as well as external teams of contractors, consultants and suppliers from many countries in the region.
  • Being organised and never panic under pressure if things aren't going perfectly on a project - instead you identify the issue and take steps towards solving it in a timely manner.

Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc)

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/IT management

Relevant Work Experience

  • At least 6-8 years of working experience in technical field.
  • At least 3-4 years of total working experience in project management/Scrum management
  • At least 3-4 years of total working experience as an software engineer/developer/technical lead
  • 1-2 years of working in any position that performs system requirements gathering/impact analysis tasks (such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, etc)

Competencies/Skills (Essential to succeed in this job)

  • Ability to manage large amounts of information;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work independently while establishing strong working relationships with co workers and cross-functional teams;
  • Critical attention to detail and result oriented;
  • Embrace changes
  • Experience with Agile methodology is preferred
