Job Description

  • Communicate with clients and the Implementation Team to understand the go-live requirement to configure the system correctly
  • Communicate with manufacturers and third parties to obtain data for setting up interfaces
  • Configure system before go-live
  • Use Project Management Software to follow up and make sure that all steps in the pre-implementation project are completed before go-live
  • Execute provided SQL tasks to set up system
  • Execute provided post-data conversion scripts and verify the data to make sure that the data conversion is completed correctly
  • Report/Escalate issues to the team leader and project manager
  • Escalate data conversion issues for the development team
  • Escalate and reproduction of software issues for the development team

Your Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following key requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English- both writing and speaking
  • Familiar with an office suite
  • Have a “can-do” attitude
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Have investigative and problem solving skills

Additionally, preference may be given to candidates who possess the following:

  • More than 1 year experience in a software support role
  • Ability to use Project Management software
  • Experience in Accounting Systems and automotive industry

  • Working hours is flexible and the standard guideline is between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break for lunch.

  • 12 days Annual Leave per annum. Annually leave is accumulated up to 2 years. Company will pay if it is less than 5 days then the company will clear the balance. If It is more than 5 days then The employee will take leave to reduce the balance to 5 days.
  • Additional one annual leave day for every five years of service
  • 10 days public holidays per annum or as per the government regulations


  • Sick Leave: 5 days paid per annum (no roll-over). Staff need to produce doctor certificate if sick leave is taken more than one day consecutively.
