Job description
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather and document business requirements.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend solutions for optimization.
- Develop workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications to illustrate proposed changes.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, process models, and requirement specifications.
- Develop and present reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business teams and IT or project teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
- Facilitate regular meetings and status updates with stakeholders.
Project Support:
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and execution by supporting project managers.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business objectives.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.
Your skills and experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with business process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.

Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, JIRA, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis), or PMI-PBA.
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., finance, healthcare, retail].
