Job description
- Collaborate with users and departments in our company (US and VN team) to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze users’' needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in the development of processes and systems to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with IT and development teams to facilitate the implementation of new features.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and support to users on new features and processes.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in data analysis and modeling techniques.
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
- Excellent communication (both English and Vietnamese) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Experience with business analysis tools and software.
