Job Description
- Discuss with project team to analyze and understand requirements of the product
- Research and understand the business objectives and issues to provide client with solutions
- Translate business objective/needs into documents
- Develop, write and edit technical documents
- Manage updates and revisions of technical documents
- Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality
- Weekly and/or on-demand report to supervisor
- Follow the project and organization processes, policies and regulations
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experienced in writing technical documents, procedures, workflows
- Experienced in analyzing requirements
- Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking & listening)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and cautious
- Highly responsible in work, proactive, self-organized and good teamwork spirit
- Able to join meeting at night
