Job description
· Responsible for ensuring that the Production and product development departments clearly understand the requirements of customers or within the company.
· Responsible for creating and managing required product/service/project documentation.
· Collect, study business and system requirements from customers/inside the company.
· Support, recommend customers/internal companies in product orientation requirements.
· Create and manage system documents: document specification system (Specification requirements system), feature list, use case list, detailed scenario details (Use case detail), business constraints (General business rules), production department (Wireframe), ...
· Take the main responsibility in the learning and business handover sessions (Knowledge Transfer).
· Support Project Manager in scope definition, planning and work estimation.
· Support Project Manager during product acceptance testing.
· Support Project Manager in identifying internal company/customer feedback parsing.
· Create a connection between the Production and product development department with customers or within the company
· Support product testing department.
Your skills and experience
· University degree in economics, computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
· Having a background in information technology and software development;
· At least 01 year experience in BA position;
· Basic knowledge of data and data queries;
· Knowledge and skills in software product testing
· Having in-depth knowledge and experience in common processes and operations related to economics, finance, and business management. Experience and understanding of processes and operations related to real estate is an advantage;
· Proactive and progressive in work.
