The job:

We are looking for a dedicated Backend Engineer for AI infra with experience developing in a product-first company. You'll participate in passionate, highly competent, and joyful teams to ensure quality for software products serving millions of people. You will have a lot of fun being here and enjoy being part of our teamwork-based culture and family-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Design product architecture, own development of major initiatives and modules

• Work in cross-functional teams with product managers, UX designers, and FE engineers to ship quality software on time

• Share knowledge, conduct code and design review, drive code quality and deploy improvement initiatives • Write code that you're proud of, with extensibility, scalability and performance in mind

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

• 2+ years of experience developing in a product-first company

• Fluent in Golang and Python

• Experienced in web3 (goeth) and AI libraries is a plus.

• Deep experience in MongoDB, MySQL or PostgresQL

• Microservice design mindset

• Experienced in the full development lifecycle – generating ideas and shipping them

• Experienced in the git development lifecycle (branch, tag, release version)

Your skills and experience

Your Skills and Experience:

• Experience designing Database for the product from scratch

• Experience in Cassandra, or other NoSQL, and analyze use case of NoSQL

• Experience building monitor systems: Grafana, Kibana, centralized logging, alarm system (slack, phone, SMS, etc.)

• Experience using a real-time data pipeline: Kafka, Rabbitmq, Mqtt, etc.

• Experience making a load test with common tools: JMeter, Vegeta, locust, etc., or inbuilt load test tools

• Experience in configuring Linux servers, installing and configuring common services like Nginx, Redis

• Experience in containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
