RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. 

RBVH has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally. 


Job Description

  • Embedded SW Test Manager (Powertrain Solutions) is responsible for managing all test activities of one specific automotive SW product for Powertrain System
  • Define and maintain project's test strategy based on organizational test strategy (considering project specific requirements and tailoring of test activities)
  • Define and maintain project's test plan (content, scheduling and resources)
  • Define test activities and assign to the test designer of the project team
  • Check that testing is going hand in hand with the software development in all phases
  • Coach project-members regarding quality aspects of engineering processes


 

Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications


Mandatory Skills:

  • Above 7 years of experience in Embedded Software Testing/Development
  • Stakeholders management
  • Excellent English language skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
  • Knowledge of Embedded SW & Systems
  • Good in C programming language
  • SW development life cycle

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience of handling 5 to 10 people
  • Knowledge of UML and design techniques
  • ISTQB
  • Be able to read hardware schematics
  • Automotive domain knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience in CAN
  • Exposure to tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, vTESTstudio
  • Exposure to emulators, simulators, debugging
