Job description
- Increasing the Agile maturity of the teams and expanding the use of Agile practices within IFS.
- Driving organizational change and champion Agile thinking with management at all levels across the Group, including benefits realization of working Agile.
- Leverage learning and processes, accelerating adoption and discovery for newly formed teams and adopting a continuous improvement mindset.
- Active promotion and participation within Agile communities to create and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and inspire a Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Technical Leads and provide development planning support, coaching and leadership, towards an inclusive and high-performing team.
- Embedded within teams, actively educating, demonstrating & facilitating practices & principles.
- Temporarily fulfil roles within team in order to demonstrate role responsibilities and behaviour.
- Individual/group coaching with an initial focus on Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts or other areas where effort optimizes the outcomes.
- Provide problem solving and support for wider team and to change challenges into opportunities for improvement.
Your skills and experience
- Practical experience in Agile including deep understanding of Kanban/Lean principles.
- Experience and understand the enterprise project delivery environment and engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Have a proven track record of delivery in large, complex programs to aggressive timelines
- Ability to deliver large changes into teams, proven team capability uplift and motivation.
- A proven track record of delivery in non-agile environments to understand the advantages and challenges of transition.
- Within the Scrum framework, appreciation on how best to leverage Scrum techniques, in conjunction with other methodologies.
- Experience in scaled and interfacing Agile teams with external vendors/Waterfall projects, enabling dependency management.
