Senior UX_UI Designer - NGUYỄN THỊ HOÀI THU
At FireGroup, I have the freedom to think outside the box and bring my ideas to life through design, from ideation to final product. I find it exhilarating to tackle challenges and come up with creative solutions to meet the needs and expectations of merchants.
Working in an open space helps me to easily communicate and interact with all Firers. And the workstation has lots of greenery which not only bringing a cozy, close-to-nature workplace, but also helping for a comfortable atmosphere - with intention to reduce stress in the most efficient way.

I have acquired several pivotal abilities for managing and developing products while working at FireGroup as a Product Owner. Among those skills, effective listening to clients and the development team is the most valuable skill I have picked up.
- 9:00 to 9:30 AM: Check emails and stay up-to-date on product-related information.
- 9:30 to 9:45 AM: Daily team meeting where I join the development, design, and other related teams to update each other on progress and new requirements.
- Throughout the rest of the day, I read and analyze market and merchant information
