Benefit khá ổn, việc rất nhiều không lo thiếu, đồng nghiệp cũng thân thiện support cực kỳ tốt. Làm 1 thời gian bạn sẽ nhận thấy kinh nghiệm của bản thân được tăng lên cực nhanh do được làm đủ thể loại task với độ khó khác nhau. Không phân biệt bạn là .
Tùy theo team, nhưng đa phần rất ít khi phải OT. Các SM estimate time để làm task khá dư dả
Suggestions for improvement:
Nên nâng cấp thiết bị làm việc rồi, máy quá yếu rất hay treo, màn hình vẫn dùng 22 inch rất khó đọc code. Hoặc nên cho nhân viên sử dụng máy cá nhân nhưng có thể đưa cho team IT để cài đặt lại để bảo mật chẳng hạn
Chỗ làm việc đóng bụi rất nhiều, phòng vệ sinh cũng không sạch sẽ, cô lau dọn tên T*** đúng thật là cần phải xem lại về cách làm việc, chỉ thấy cô lau nhà vệ sinh 1 lần vào buổi sáng, quét dọn chỗ làm việc thì tùy lúc có lúc không, mà lúc quét cũng quét sơ sài, quét xong vẫn đầy bụi. Sau đó thì không thấy cô làm gì nữa tới lúc ra về...
