What I liked:
Tại TymeX tôi luôn có cơ hội được thử thách bản thân với những dự án đa dạng, thú vị. Công ty tạo điều kiện để nhân viên tiếp cận với công nghệ mới và nâng cao kỹ năng qua buổi training nội bộ cũng và cũng tài trợ cho nv đi học những khoá ở ngoài.
Đồng nghiệp có nhiều người trẻ thân thiện, support cho người mới nhiệt tình
Chế độ đãi ngộ:
- Mức lương tốt xứng đáng với năng lực
- Bảo hiểm full, du lịch hàng năm,…
- Có những khoản phụ cấp hợp lý
- Thiết bị cấp cho nhân viên xịn
Với trải nghiệm sau 2 tháng làm việc theo cảm nhận cá nhân. Tôi thấy TymeX là môi trường lý tưởng cho công việc IT không chỉ ổn định mà còn nhiều cơ hội phát triển
TymeX có chế độ OT tốt minh bạch. Công ty cũng không bắt ép phải OT chỉ khi nào cần thì sẽ có request rõ ràng.

Họp nhiều nhưng cũng do công ty đang trong giai đoạn phát triển và thay đổi. Có thể cải thiện quản lý dự án để phân chia công việc hợp lý hơn
