What I liked:
- C Pearl cực dễ thương, best boss luôn
- WFH không giới hạn, quan trọng là chất lượng công việc
- Project hên xui cái ngon cái không, bù lại mọi người support nhiệt tình
- Mỗi người được 1 laptop 2 màn hình
- Pantry luôn đầy đủ cafe, milo, sữa tươi, …
- Lương trả xứng đáng với năng lực
- Công ty support nhân viên học các khoá học, chứng chỉ cần thiết cho công việc
Chưa cần OT nên vẫn hài lòng, nghe là các team khác OT vẫn trả đủ tiền
Suggestions for improvement:
- Có project sẽ hơi chán, không phải cái nào cũng vui
- Nghỉ phép phải báo trước khá lâu
