Môi trường rất tốt nhưng đã thay đổi rất nhiều từ khi merge công ty với TX

Từ Director đến PM, Admin đều rất tốt, luôn quan tâm tới mọi người, luôn hướng công ty đến môi trường làm việc tốt nhất.
Văn phòng rộng, đẹp, nhiều đồ chơi giải trí
Cà phê, trái cây, bánh gạo
Đồng nghiệp thân thiện
Từ khi xác nhập công ty với TX(Thụy Sĩ) thì vị thế của công ty không còn như trước, có một đợt cắt giảm nhân sự lớn vào tháng 6.
Các engineers ở Viet Nam phải học ngôn ngữ mới như Java, Node, Golang, Next.js để theo công nghệ của TX, nhiều bạn ra đi tìm cơ hội mới.
Không có OT, trễ deadline thì tự giác, mà đa số không trễ.
Suggestions for improvement
Trong thời gian merge công ty, các members đều rất stress, thời gian kéo dài 6 tháng nhưng không thực sự được hổ trợ nhiều từ PM, dẫn đến rất nhiều bạn đã leave trong giai đoạn này.

Hiện tại Công ty đang trong giai đoạn hợp nhất hai tổ chức riêng biệt trước đó thành một thể, và tái cơ cấu là một việc cần làm trong giai đoạn này để tổ chức mới vận hành trơn tru, hiệu quả, đạt được những mục tiêu mới sau khi sáp nhập. Trong thời gian hợp nhất, tái cơ cấu tổ chức, việc vận hành có nhiều sự thay đổi và có phần chậm lại một chút nhằm chuẩn bị thật tốt để tổ chức sắp tới có thể tiến nhanh hơn và xa hơn. Công ty đã triển khai những sắp xếp cần thiết giúp chúng ta có thể nhanh chóng thích ứng với sự thay đổi: đầu tư đào tạo ngôn ngữ mới, công nghệ mới cho kỹ sư, cải thiện điều kiện làm việc và sắp tới sẽ có thêm nhiều phúc lợi hơn cho chúng ta, các thành viên phải rời đi (xấp xỉ 10% tổng số thành viên toàn cầu) đã rất hài lòng với gói hỗ trợ của Công ty và sẵn sàng cho cơ hội mới...
Nền kinh tế toàn cầu không ngừng thay đổi mỗi ngày, nên chúng ta cũng cần thay đổi để thích nghi, tồn tại và phát triển bền vững trong môi trường luôn biến đổi ấy. Tuy nhiên, Công ty đảm bảo luôn giữ vững và sống với nguyên tắc về nguồn nhân lực của mình: cho dù xảy ra bất kỳ thay đổi nào, Công ty vẫn luôn công bằng với chúng ta.
