What I liked:
* Môi trường
Có chỗ ngồi ăn trưa bao đẹp, có càfe pha máy free ngon lắm, thề.
Có chỗ ngủ trưa bao phê, mình thường ngủ từ 12h15 đến 1h dậy, có hôm ngủ quên đến 1h30 nhưng sếp không là rầy, lâu lâu 1 lần thôi ngủ quài cũng kỳ.
Nói chung tôn trọng lẫn nhau là được, bạn làm việc tốt thì không ai có thể nói gì bạn cả.
Có phòng chơi game riêng máy Sony PS5/PS4, chơi phê lắm.
* Thiết bị
Trang thiết bị cả trăm củ cho 1 thằng dev gà như mình, 2 màn hình mới tinh mã DELL P2422HE (12 củ), Laptop Dell Max cấu hình nghe đâu (60-70 củ), tùy team nhe có thể team khác đc Macbook Pro M series
* Công việc
Team mình được giao việc vừa sức, vừa thời gian, không hối thúc. Lead giỏi, học được nhiều từ mọi người.
Nếu bị stuck hãy lên tiếng, sếp sẽ đến bên bạn support tận tình trìu mến,
Hay có workshop chia sẽ kiến thức, bạn cũng có thể chia sẽ nếu thích.
Có cơ hội nâng cao English, cá nhân bạn phải present những task bạn done bằng English.
Công nghệ trong project thì được update liên tục.
ko có OT, nếu có thì sẽ pay đầy đủ, mà ít lắm làm cả năm OT được 1 lần
Suggestions for improvement:
Tòa nhà gửi xe giá cao, phải đi qua chỗ khác gửi, đi bộ 3 - 5 phút, hôm nào trời mưa thì... đó.
Quy trình tăng lương qua một web app rating, tự chấm điểm bản thân sau 1 năm. Rất nhiều mục phải nhập, nên bỏ bớt.
Công ty mà có cả phục nấu ăn trưa cho nhân viên thì tuyệt vời, để nhân viên tập trung làm việc khỏi mất thời gian order Shopee.
