Môi trường làm việc tốt, mọi người thân thiện và hợp tác, tùy thuộc vào từng đội nhóm. Laptop và thiết bị được cung cấp đầy đủ. Mọi người rất hỗ trợ lẫn nhau, và giao tiếp rất suôn sẻ, không gặp nhiều rào cản hay khó khăn.
Ít OT. Hầu như mọi người không OT nên không thể review chi tiết.

Môi trường tốt để phát triển lâu dài, anh CTO thân thiện vs nhiệt tình giúp đỡ về technical, đồng nghiệp vui vẻ hòa đồng, sếp rất nice.

Làm việc hybrid, sếp cũng thoải mái, có quầy ăn vặt. Ngoài ra lâu lâu còn được quà từ những khách hàng của công ty.
Công ty này không có OT, cũng không cần thiết phải OT, task nhàn, chủ yếu là làm tools cho internal xử dụng.
