I enjoy everything from shaping the finest details of a project as a developer to shifting team mindsets and helping people think about "a bigger picture" as a manager. Having the curiosity and courage to do these things motivates me every day.
For me, the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model is unique. It allows us to work with international clients as fully integrated members of their teams and company culture.
