What I liked:
-Good working environment, no toxic.
-Great managers and colleagues.
-Luxury annually company trip.
Product company, no or little over time so it's good place for whom don't like OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Raise overall salary to make it attract when compared to the overall market, so the current talents will stay and more talents will join in the future.
