What I liked:
Cty Onetech có nhiều chính sách khá tốt như: Có tính tiền OT, cho nhận freelance dự án nhỏ của cty, hỗ trợ đi học tiếng Nhật hoặc tham gia các khóa học để nâng cao trình độ, có khen thưởng đánh giá cá nhân hàng tháng, thưởng làm seminar, thưởng viết bài Blog chia sẻ king nghiệm, cho làm việc tại nhà 1 ngày / tháng, cho các team kinh phí teambuilding riêng, thưởng dự án, họp ngoài quán cafe. Các hoạt động khác như chia sẻ 3 phút đầu tuần, tập thể dục giữa giờ, teambulding theo nhóm hoặc toàn công ty, company trip và gala dinner cuối năm được tổ chức hàng năm 2,3 lần...
Chính sách OT và freelance cho công ty ngoài giờ khá tốt
Suggestions for improvement:
Một số người phải kiêm nhiệm khá nhiều việc. Tuy nhiên chấp nhận được ở mức độ quy mô công ty nhỏ ~40 người
