What I liked:
Mọi người trong công ty rất tốt với nhau. Nhân viên mới vào sẽ được nhân viên cũ training lại hết. Chế độ trợ cấp xăng xe, điện thoại, bằng tiếng Anh, tiếng Nhật tốt. Mức lương có phân chia theo bậc rõ ràng. Làm tốt sẽ có cơ hội đi onsite học công nghệ mới.
Trả lương overtime đầy đủ. Làm trễ quá thì sẽ được tính lương OT cao hơn.
Suggestions for improvement:
Môi trường hơi tù túng. Công việc cần bảo mật cao nên không được sử dụng điện thoại trong văn phòng. Không được tự do vào internet. Đãi ngộ chỉ được cải thiện mỗi khi nhân viên rủ nhau nghỉ việc. Công việc thì OT khá nhiều. Vì làm cho thị trường Nhật nên quy tắc rất nhiều.
Đồng nghiệp thân thiện hòa đồng, quy trình nhiều.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
