What I liked:
- Phúc lợi công ty khá tốt
- Phù hợp với những bạn chủ động với công việc. Nơi bạn có thể đóng góp ý kiến và PM, team leaders sẽ lắng nghe.
- Nơi bạn có thể trở thành team leader thông qua quá trình xử lý công việc và chứng minh
- Có không viên (park) đi dạo 30p mỗi ngày vào break times
Mình chưa OT nên chưa biết về chế độ OT. Nhưng các team khác khi OT thì mình thấy không có complaint về vấn đề này.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Công ty có thể cải thiện về training thông qua các buổi Seminar để mọi người có thể học hỏi và tăng khả năng chia sẽ cũng như chủ động trong việc tìm hiểu công nghệ mới
- Công ty có thể training online thông qua kho lưu trữ Udemy, Coursera ...
