What I liked:
Benefit tốt, có nhiều chính sách chăm lo nv như phụ cấp ăn trưa, tiền điện wfh, lâu lâu tổ chức family event cho nv dẫn theo ng nhà tới join.
Lương cao so với mặc bằng chung. Đồng nghiệp giỏi, hoà đồng, chỉ bảo lẫn nhau.
Có tổ chức cho NV qua Đức hằng năm để visit Head quarter ở Berlin.
Không có OT, project manager lên schedule kỹ càng nên không pressure trong công việc.
Suggestions for improvement:
Gói bảo hiểm cho nv dc cover 3 người trong gd, nhưng budget chi trả rất ít, một số mục khi claim bảo hiểm tự nhiên bị cty bảo hiểm từ chối chi trả 100%, chỉ chi 30-50% tiền thuốc. Làm cho nv cảm thấy lo lắng nếu sau này lỡ có bị gì nặng hơn thì ko đc chi trả toàn bộ.
Không có OT.
Công ty phúc lợi rất tốt, thời gian làm việc linh hoạt
