What I liked:
- Sếp tốt, văn phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, mọi người trong cty đều hòa đồng, thân thiện.
- Giờ giấc làm việc thoải mái: 9h vào, 6h về, làm 7h30p/ngày, sáng vào muộn nên buổi sáng nhiều thời gian rảnh, đi lại ko tắc đường, lúc về cũng qua thời điểm tắc nhất
- Công việc: cty luôn dùng công nghệ mới nhất tại thời điểm đó nên đc tiếp cận với công nghệ mới
- Phúc lợi cũng khá ok, du lịch, teambuilding, quà 1/6, trung thu, sinh nhật
Lúc nào phải OT cty trả lương OT đầy đủ, sòng phẳng, nhưng ko phải OT nhiều, thỉnh thoảng lắm mới phải OT thôi
Suggestions for improvement:
- Ko biết bãi xe cty giờ có mái che chưa, lúc trc chuyển qua bãi xe bên kho IDMC, xe phải phơi ngoài nắng mưa, sót xe vãi
Dưới đây ko phải điều cần cải thiện, mà là nhận xét thôi:
- Cty quy mô cũng ko lớn, mà lại chia thành nhiều team nhỏ nên ko có cơ hội thăng tiến
Môi trường tốt cho người mới ra trường hoặc có ít kinh nghiệm

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
