What I liked:
Văn phòng đẹp, thoải mái, giờ giấc cũng thoải mái, có hỗ trợ ăn trưa và giữ xe. Có lương OT, khuyến khích không OT và không ép phải làm nhiều, có làm thì phải có nghỉ
Môi trường, chế độ làm việc tốt và thoải mái. Mọi người vui vẻ gần gủi, quan tâm nhau, sếp quan tâm nhân viên.
Suggestions for improvement:
Ăn trưa phải theo công ty, công ty chọn quán nào thì phải ăn quán đó, nên quy thành tiền chuyển vào lương để ai muốn ăn gì thì ăn. Nhà xe hơi nhỏ, nếu cả công ty cùng đi làm thì sẽ rất chật, để xe bị va quẹt. Chuyên sâu một vài lĩnh vực, không cải thiện được nhiều kỹ năng

Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
