What I liked:
Văn hóa công ty thật tuyệt, mọi người đều giúp đỡ lẫn nhau.
Công ty rất ít drama và môi trường độc hại
Sếp có tư tưởng cởi mở, có năng lực lãnh đạo và có chuyên môn giỏi
Có nhiều cơ hội để bạn multitask và phát triển theo chiều rộng (ví dụ dev không chỉ là dev mà còn là tester, BA, và PM ...)
Sản phẩm công ty phân phối từ các hãng lớn trên thế giới

Suggestions for improvement:
Tình hình kinh doanh
Chế độ đãi ngộ nhân viên
Multitask nhiều nếu không quen dễ stress, trầm cảm. (dễ bị làm các task linh tinh không liên quan lắm tới vị trí apply)
Chưa có chế độ OT thật rõ ràng, nhưng cũng ít thấy OT, nếu có OT thì mọi người tự chấp nhận chứ không claim lại công ty

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
