What's one favorite thing about your job?
Everyday is something different, here at Fika we have clear goals on what we want to achieve and with our weekly sprints we set up realistic but challenging tasks for everyone to grow as a person as well as an expert in their field.
What’s the coolest thing about your job?
We challenge ourselves with NEW ideas rather than reiterating old ones. Obviously we don't go all crazy with non-data driven decisions, but some of our ideas that are in the pipeline really make me extra excited for what's to come.

What's the coolest skill you've learned?
It is a high discipline I gained from doing the Swedish Military Interpreter Academy in Russia when I was 19. I was the group leader: constantly being pushed, pressured, and sleeping about three hours per night. That was extremely tough. But thanks to that time, I was trained to be a super disciplined person, which has gotten me where I am today.
What's one favorite thing about your job?
Every day, I can accompany incredible people on the Fika team. We navigate along the road with all different challenges, and we are all in this together.
