What I liked:
Môi trường phát triển sản phẩm. Có nhiều cơ hội học tập và phát triển. Mọi người thân thiện. Văn phòng đẹp. Bữa trưa ngon đầy đủ. Các chế độ khá ok. Ngày xưa văn phòng ở Hoàng Quốc Việt xa nhà mình rồi chuyển về Tố Hữu gần nửa đường. Nhưng vì lý do định hướng công việc mình đã chuyển công ty. Nhưng mình vẫn rất yêu Eway.
Không có chế độ OT nhưng không ép OT và không OT thường xuyên
Suggestions for improvement:
Môi trường thoải mái nhưng mọi người hơi thoải mái quá. Mình cho cấm các bạn hút vape, thuốc lá điện tử nhưng mong các bạn không hút trong văn phòng. Dù không có mùi khó chịu nhưng trong phòng điều hòa vẫn ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe những người không hút. Đặc biệt là chị em đang mang thai. Mình đã nhắc vài bạn nhưng không nhắc hết được. Nếu cải thiện được điều này thì rất tốt.

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
