What I liked:
- Good benefit package for all employees
- Dedicated internal Learning portal
- All processes are systematical and convenient
- Clear and flexible career paths to choose from
The mismatch in different time zones of colleagues in the same project (only 1-2 hours) cause some run-over meetings/calls (unofficial OT)
Suggestions for improvement:
- Too many Indian colleagues in one project, make it hard to communicate and work efficiently
- Different levels of capability maturity among developers and BA in the same project
- Slightly different time zones of colleagues in the same project (only 1-2 hours) cause some unofficial run-over meetings or calls, which can't be counted as official overtime
