What I liked:
New office renovation with spotless facilities. Meeting rooms are spacious with high-quality equipment.
OT policies are clear and comply with Vietnamese labour regulations. All OT are recorded and paid accordingly.
Suggestions for improvement:
Some processes are not standardized leading to lengthy approval processes. Need more training programs.
