What I liked:
Môi trường nhiều người trẻ, quy trình process rất nhanh và tinh gọn. Culture và People ở đây rất tuyệt vời, luôn thẳng thắn, rõ ràng và minh bạch trong mọi vấn đề như team work style hay mindset, không nói xấu hay bị đồng nghiệp đâm sau lưng, policy và action là khớp nhau 100% mà không hề có quy luật hay văn hóa ngầm. Chấp nhận mọi tính cách và thái độ làm việc miễn sao hoàn thành tốt công việc. Probation cả team và HR luôn support hết mình để người mới hòa nhập vào văn hóa team nhanh nhất có thể với thực tâm giúp họ pass probation. Không micro-detailed management mà tự mỗi nhân viên sẽ tự quản lý work style của chính mình. Manager thực sự quan tâm đến suy nghĩ, tâm tư cũng như nguyện vọng của nhân viên, luôn support nhân viên hết mình để giúp họ pass probation và rõ ràng, dân chủ ở mọi vấn đề, nhân viên có tiếng nói mạnh ngang hàng như manager ở mọi khía cạnh từ công việc đến team building (Ở đây ai rớt probation thì phải xem lại chính mình vì công ty còn tạo thêm cơ hội ở team mới cho những bạn nào lỡ bị rớt probation team cũ). Có work-life balance đúng nghĩa ở đây vì theo văn hoá Úc (đã sáp nhập Endava công ty của Anh nhưng văn hoá Anh-Úc là giống nhau). Benefits thì nhiều events hướng đến happiness của nhân viên hơn so với mặt bằng chung hay có program tài trợ học phí các certification cho nhân viên (việc tài trợ này có ràng buộc phải gắn bó công ty ít nhất 2 năm). Đặc biệt có lớp học tiếng Anh miễn phí + website tự học O' Reilly (cho những ai theo nghề Data thì quả thật là tuyệt vời). Giờ giấc làm việc thì ai vào đây sẽ nhận thấy đúng là thiên đường trong mơ của giới IT khi được work from home ít nhất nửa tháng hay trong ngày hết việc thì về sớm (nếu bạn clear hết task và meeting trong 4 tiếng thì về sớm khỏi cần ở công ty =)) )
Làm đúng luật lao động VN, rất ít OT. Không có chuyện bị ép làm việc quá số giờ quy định để không trả lương.
Suggestions for improvement:
Lương trung bình nếu ko muốn nói thấp. Tăng lương cũng chậm. Tốc độ download chậm. Laptop cần nâng cấp.
