What I liked:
Nhìn chung đồng nghiệp thân thiện, vui vẻ, dễ chịu, đương nhiên cũng có người này người kia
OT chủ yếu trả bằng ngày nghỉ nhưng nếu dự án bận thì cũng không nghỉ được, tuỳ dự án cũng được trả tiền, nói chung cơ chế không rõ ràng
Suggestions for improvement:
Tuyển nhiều fresher nhưng không có cơ chế đào tạo bài bản, không có quy trình làm việc rõ ràng
