What I liked:
Đi lên từ intern, học hỏi được nhiều từ các anh chị senior. Các sếp tốt, hiền, quan tâm đến cấp dưới. Văn phòng đẹp.
Sếp không khuyến khích OT, tuy nhiên OT sẽ được x2 vào ngày thường và x3 vào ngày lễ/tết
Suggestions for improvement:
Nên cho WFH nhiều hơn là hiện tại 1 day/week. Lương đầu vào rất cạnh tranh tuy nhiên tăng lương rất thấp.
Môi trường làm việc thoải mái, cty là một chi nhánh của cty mẹ tại Pháp.
