What I liked:
Văn hóa công ty lành mạnh, thân thiện, công bằng. Chăm lo đời sống nhân viên chu đáo. Phù hợp với sinh viên mới ra trường.
Có trả lương OT. Tuy nhiên không ai dám ghi số giờ OT thực.
Suggestions for improvement:
Công việc gò bó, không mang tính thử thách, không khuyến khích sự sáng tạo của nhân viên. Lương tăng chậm.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
