Sếp thân thiện, chính sách công ty rõ ràng, có career path rõ ràng và lương luôn trả đúng hạn vào ngày làm cuối cùng trong tháng.
Các trường hợp OT đều được ghi nhận, ngoài được hoàn lại annual leave thì còn là một điểm cộng để review tăng lương + lên level
Suggestions for improvement:
Không có ý kiến, mọi thứ tương đối nhỉnh hơn so với mặt bằng các cty khác.
Quy mô cty vừa, quy trình rõ ràng, quản lý thân thiện, hòa đồng, chính sách tốt
