What I liked:
Đồng nghiệp thân thiện. Mặc dù làm remote nhưng khi cần là mọi người sẽ phản hồi ngay. Công ty cũng có nhiều hoạt động thường xuyên khiến mọi người không cảm giác bị mất connect.
Công ty làm remote, đỡ mất thời gian đi lại. Nếu chán ở nhà cty cũ có allowance cho mọi người ra cowork để thay đổi không khí.
Suggestions for improvement:
công việc cần có kế hoạch hơn và hơi nhiều tools để sử dụng
