What I liked:
- Văn phòng làm việc sáng sủa.
- Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, các sếp đều vui tính và sẵn sàng giúp đỡ.
- Tổ chức các sự kiện trong năm, sinh nhật nhân viên, các buổi seminar hữu ích.
- Hỗ trợ máy tính nếu cần.
- Hàng tuần đều có 1 ngày tổ chức ăn chơi vào giờ nghỉ để xả stress, hàng ngày đôi khi hứng lên thì mọi người gọi đồ ăn vào giờ nghỉ.
OT rất ít, nếu có đều ghi lại vào worksheet và được trả lương.
Suggestions for improvement:
Trong thời gian làm không có điều gì bất mãn với công ty.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
