Team Leader - Khoa
In addition to more opportunities to widen my career prospects, AS White has been benefiting the employees by providing a healthy work/life balance. The job here is stable. ASW's client all are big and successful companies, benefits are very competitive. I had and will have a long way to go with them. I get to be an employee of ASW and treated as employee of the client. I have enough work to stay busy, no rushing, no OT. (If I have to OT, then i get well paid).
Freedom to be proactive. Client always needs new projects/solutions to leverage their business. I don’t spend a lot of time to maintain the projects with old technologies - I was encouraged to modernize the techniques used. So, I was paid not only for working but also for fulfilling my passion in coding. It's awesome. Supportive proficient team.
